Vital Electric Supply was established in 2023 through Onward Capital’s acquisition of ATI Electric Supply and Power Assemblies, which was merged with a previous holding, Connecticut-Electric. The merger of these three organizations create synergies and provide amazing products and services for the portable power, residential distribution and electrical commercial and industrial markets.
